Western Design Studio – Return & Refund Policy
At Western Design Studio, we take pride in delivering high-quality artwork and products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Artwork Approval
•     Once artwork has been approved by the client, no refunds or exchanges will be permitted.
•     Approval confirms that the design meets your expectations, and production will proceed accordingly.


2. Printing Errors or Product Standards
•     If the product you receive does not meet the agreed standards or contains printing errors, we will gladly arrange an exchange.
•     Refunds are not offered in these cases, but we ensure that the corrected product is delivered to you.


3. How to Request an Exchange
•     Please email us at admin@westernsisters.co.za with:
•     A clear picture of the product showing the issue
•     A short description of your concern
•     Our team will review your request and handle the matter promptly.


4. General Notes
•     Exchanges are only valid for issues related to product quality or printing errors.
•     We do not accept returns or refunds for changes of mind after approval.
•     All concerns must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
