Western Design Studio – Shipping Policy
At Western Design Studio, we ensure that your products are packaged with care and handed over to trusted couriers in excellent condition. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Shipping Arrangements
•     Shipping will be arranged and submitted by Western Design Studio on your behalf.
•     You will receive a separate invoice for shipping costs, calculated based on the size and weight of your package.

2. Courier Options
•     Standard courier services are available.
•     PUDO is offered as an alternative delivery option.
•     Clients may also collect their orders directly or send their own courier to pick up the package.

3. Responsibility
•     Once your package has been handed over to the courier or collected, Western Design Studio does not take responsibility for delays, damages, or loss during transit.
•     Our responsibility ends once the product is placed in the courier’s care in great condition.

4. Tracking & Communication
•     Tracking details will be provided where available.
•     Clients are encouraged to liaise directly with the courier for delivery updates once the package has been dispatched.
