Western Design Studio – Terms of Service
By engaging with Western Design Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our clients and our studio, ensuring a smooth and professional working relationship.


1. Artwork & Design Approval
•     All artwork and designs must be approved by the client before production.
•     Once approval is given, no refunds or exchanges will be permitted. Approval confirms that the design meets your expectations.


2. Production & Printing
•     Western Design Studio is committed to delivering products of high quality.
•     If a product does not meet agreed standards or contains printing errors, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
•     Refunds are not offered in these cases, but we ensure the corrected product is delivered promptly.


3. Exchanges & Claims
•     To request an exchange, clients must email admin@westernsisters.co.za within 7 days of receiving the product.
•     Please include:
•     A clear picture of the product showing the issue
•     A description of your concern
•     Our team will review the matter and provide a resolution.


4. Client Responsibilities
•     Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork before production.
•     Any errors overlooked during the approval stage (spelling, design details, layout) are the responsibility of the client.


5. Intellectual Property
•     All designs created by Western Design Studio remain the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
•     Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute designs without prior consent.


6. Limitation of Liability
•     Western Design Studio is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as courier services, supply chain issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
•     Our liability is limited to correcting product errors as outlined in Section 2.


7. Amendments
•     Western Design Studio reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time.
•     Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or our official communication channels.
